Configure reticulate to use the local uv Python environment
Description
Section titled “Description”Points reticulate to the Python interpreter inside the local virtual environment (e.g. .venv/bin/python on Unix-like systems).
use_containerio_python(envname = ".venv")Arguments

Name of the virtual environment to install the Python dependencies to. Defaults to: “.venv”. |
Invisibly returns the configured Python interpreter path.
Details
Section titled “Details”This is useful if the environment already exists and only the active Python interpreter for the current R session should be selected.
